I am so excited to be announcing our brick and mortar store is finally happening. I never thought this day would come. After losing my corporate accounting job during Covid, I was devastated. I felt like I had lost my identity. I got another work from home accounting job, I had my real estate license but I just was not passionate about either. I didn't think I could continue like that, so I started to ramp up my online business Millie's Design Co. I started buying more product and building a robust fabric and bag making supply store. And I continued to make custom handbags by request. I've taught at several different shops in DFW and immediately knew I had to continue that part of the business. I absolutely love to teach and offer my advice and opinions.
